The quote fee and diagnosis was $189 for less than 20mins and 12mins of that was in his van completing a quote for the problem, while professional and curtious the fee was rich (and that was the cheaper end of the diagnosis fee, which he said could be between $150-$220). Note the diagnosis was not to fix it was to tell us what the problem is, and he came out on a work day in normal business hours, so this wasn't a weekend or after hours timing.
